HOW PEARLFINDERS IS HELPING A TEAM OF INJURED MILITARY TROOPS SECURE SPONSORSHIP AND BECOME THE FIRST ALL-DISABLED TEAM TO COMPETE IN LE MANS

The Client: Team BRIT (British Racing Injured Troops) is aiming to make racing history by taking a team of injured troops to the world famous Le Mans 24hr endurance race. The team was created to inspire people with disabilities, PTSD & mental health issues by demonstrating what can be achieved through motorsport.

Founder & CEO Dave Player discusses how Pearlfinders has helped the team: “Team BRIT is not a charity, it is a racing team like any other and we depend on the backing of sponsors to keep us on the racetrack. Pearlfinders helps us to understand brands’ planned investment in sport and sponsorship and decide who we should be approaching and how best to connect with them. We know we are one of many teams and organisations looking for new partnerships and they help us to understand the brands we’re reaching out to and who might be a good fit for us.”

“The potential it gives us is fantastic, the daily reports, website and database will be invaluable in finding the right sponsors for our team.”

The Results: “Pearlfinders has helped us to start conversations with brands we never would have considered and we’ll be discussing partnerships with several of them that will help us to reach our goal of competing in Le Mans 2020.”
