1.     Create a new contact list

  • Log in to your Pearlfinders revenue generation platform
  • Navigate to BUILD A LIST > Contact List

2.     Select list criteria

Select what type of contact list you want to build:

  • Choose a Content Type: filter contacts by Company Name, Job Title, Name, or enter a Keyword relevant to your search
  • Filter by Location: select a Country, or for a specific location enter a Postcode and set a Search radius
  • Choose a Sector: check one or multiple industry sectors
  • Once you have chosen your filters, click SEARCH.

3.     Save your search

  • Select the search results you would like to save, and click the heart icon in the top left of the dashboard
  • Choose a folder to save your search within
  • Pick a name for your search (e.g. ‘London Digital Marketing Managers’)
  • Select Add
  • Your search is now easily re-accessible from MyPearlfinders

4.      Add contacts to a contact list

  • Select the individual contact from the search results page
  • Click on the heart icon, to the right of their ‘verification’ score
  • Pick a name for your list (e.g. ‘Top Prospects’)
  • Select Add
  • Repeat for multiple contacts
  • Your list is now easily re-accessible from MyPearlfinders

5.     Share your contact list

  • Select the search results you would like to share, and click the share icon in the top left of the dashboard
  • Choose a name for the search
  • Select a contact to send the contact list to
  • Click Share

6.     Export your contact list

  • Select the search results you would like to export, and click the excel export icon in the top right of the dashboard
